1 cup of milk, whole
1/2 cup of flour, all-purpose
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. each of fresh basil, thyme & tarragon
2 tbsp. of oil, vegetable
Pepper, ground, as desired
Instructions:
1. Place the zucchini in whole milk and allow it to soak.
2. Mix the flour with Parmesan cheese and ground pepper in bowl. Add herbs.
3. Heat the oil in large-sized skillet.
4. Dip the zucchini in herb and cheese mixture.
5. Sauté mixture and serve while hot.
